The PHARMATEC Pure Steam Generator is designed for the production of sterile, pyrogenic-free pure steam. This high purity steam is suitable for SIP-sterilization of e.g. equipment components like tanks, preparation vessels, piping systems, filling machines, filters, etc. As well as for humidifying of clean and cleanest rooms where steam is needed in WFI quality. Models optionally equipped with membrane or thermal degassing system according DIN EN 285 are available.

The PHARMATEC Multiple-Effect Distillation Unit is designed for the production of sterile, pyrogenic-free water for injection (WFI).
The distillation process is based upon the energy saving multi-stage principle. The equipment incorporates all possible features for maximum savings of energy and cooling water. The product lines “type V“ possess additional pre-heaters to further reduce the consumption of heating steam and cooling water. [Performance table]
All Pharmatec water stills and pure steam generators incorporate a unique natural circulation, shell and tube heat exchanger are designed for a trouble-free operation. Pharmatec units meet and exceed all requirements of the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), the European Pharmacopoeia as well as other national specifications for Water for Injection.
High-tech “state of the art” process control combined with proven Pharmatec know-how provides you with decisive advantages:
• all surfaces that have contact with the product are manufactured
in 1.4404/1.4435 (AISI 316L)
• as a standard the frame, insulation cladding and control cabinet
are made of stainless steel (AISI 304)
• surface finish of Ra<0,5µm according to BN2 and electropolished
quality is possible
• delta ferrite content of 0,5 to 1% available when specified
• customer preferred components and instrumentation can be
provided upon request
• The units are manufactured according to European Pressure
