Our design department is a key connector between process engineering and the manufacturing of pharmaceutical plants.
Basic customer requirements, as well as the “know-how“ of our process department, are transferred in a target-oriented way into installation and assembly drawings.
Important tasks of our design department are the execution of P&ID´s, layouts and pipe routing drawings as well as the design of Pharmatec plants in a 3-D model.
With this model a clash-check of individual components during the engineering phase is possible.
Prior to manufacturing our customers have the possibility to analyse their plant together with a Pharmatec employee based on a 3D-Review.
In order to ensure a fast execution of the designed process solution detailed drawings, isometrics and checklists are provided for installation and assembly.
Modern state-of-the-art 3D tools are providing an important basis.
In this regard Pharmatec design department is working with AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer-Pro/Piping ComosPT.
Pharmatec design services are either taking place within the projects or as individual service for the customer, e.g.:
• Provision of P&ID´s and flowcharts
• Calculation and design of pressure vessels according to European
pressure vessel regulations 97/23/EG AD-2000
• 3D modelling of pharmaceutical plants
• 3D pipe routing
• Layout design
• Provision of installation and assembly documents
