Our product portfolio is covering the assembly of pharmaceutical and related plants in Germany and abroad under consideration of the GMP-requirements as well as the FDA compliant installation.
For the pre-assembly in our workshop in Dresden, an extensive production area in excellent quality with modern equipment is available.
For installations in Germany or abroad our own site supervisors, as well as highly skilled welders and technicians, are available with modern welding and baroscopic equipment.
• Accreditation as manufacturer according to AD 2000 Title HP0/HP
100R as well as TRD 201 for the manufacturing of pressure
vessels according European pressure vessel regulation 97/23/EG
• Specialist according to §19 I WHG
• Welding procedure test according AD-Title HP2/1, DIN EN 288-3
• Own well trained welding staff, with TIG-Welder approval (TÜV)
according to DIN EN 287-1, ASME (WPQ); and TIG-Orbital Welder
approval according to EN 1418.
• Orbital welding with open and closed welding tongues and
documentation of the welding parameters via PC and printer
• On customer’s request pipelines can be offered in alternative
material like PVDF or special alloys e.g. Hastelloy.
• Manufacturing of utility pipelines (stainless steel) by use of
bending and other special technique
• Execution of quality assurance tests e.g. surface roughness,
measurement of ferrite content or content of rest-oxygen as well
as baroscopic videos with corresponding FDA compliant
documentation.
• Authorised quality assurance staff according DIN EN 473 (VT2)
• IT supported material management (SAP)
• Experienced supervisors for worldwide service
